Construction & project management

From early feasibility to site coordination and finishes, our work centers on the details of your project and clear communication along the way.

A few things to know

Start with
good questions.

Let’s talk about yours
What does modular mean?

It’s a way of building. Home sections are constructed in a factory, transported to the property, and set on a prepared foundation. Site work, connections, and finishing bring the home together.

Can the home be designed for my property?

Yes. We work through the layout, architectural character, and finishes alongside your site conditions. Feasibility also considers truck and crane access, grading, utilities, and the approval process.

Where do you work?

Our focus is Southern California, including Pacific Palisades and Altadena. Tell us where your property is located so we can discuss the site and scope together.

How do we establish a budget and schedule?

We start with your scope and site, then develop a project-specific estimate and plan. Design, permitting, site conditions, factory availability, and finish selections all affect cost and timing.

Let’s begin
